“Why would I use Recruiteneers” you say? Simple, we don’t charge any upfront costs and we manage the process from start to finish (and a little bit after) so you can leave the boring bits to us and we don’t require payment until 30 days after one of our candidates starts at your company, then we don’t charge anything more than 10% – In fact the more positions filled the more that percentage goes down. If you have your own charging brackets you’d like us to work to (even over 10%), we can accomodate that too.
1 – 4 positions filled = 10%
5 – 10 positions filled = 9%
11 – 20 positions filled = 8%
21 – 30 positions filled = 7%
31 – 40 positions filled = 6%
41+ positions filled = 5%
Consultative Aftercare

As we aim to please, Recruiteneers also provide a consultative aftercare service to both our candidates and clients – This process includes checking in with our candidates to see if they are happy with their new role, if company culture is a good fit and more importantly showing we care about them even after the deal is done. For our clients we like to know how we could improve our service for next time, how their new hire is making a difference to the business and maintaining long term partnerships.
