We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to manage client utility requirements for development projects. Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will serve as a crucial link between clients, internal teams, and external consultants. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the client’s design and planning teams to ensure the seamless integration of utility infrastructure, providing guidance on network layouts and equipment selection, and preparing essential documentation, drawings, and payment proposals for a smooth handover to the operations team.

Your responsibilities include translating client utility needs into practical applications and offering technical advice and innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle. You will work alongside internal sales, operations, and external designers and contractors, managing and resolving technical queries and updating internal tracking systems with regular and accurate project updates. Strong communication skills, a keen understanding of relevant regulations and standards, and a proactive, hands-on approach are key to ensuring that project specifications, quantities, and risks are effectively addressed.

Candidates should have a solid background in the construction industry, with utilities design or operational experience being highly desirable. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical or commercial role within the construction industry—or in coordinating projects, ideally within the utilities and residential sectors—is required. Additional attributes include proficiency in standard office software, exceptional technical analysis and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently under strict deadlines, ensuring the successful delivery of development projects.
