Our client, a leading provider of electrical infrastructure solutions, is looking for an experienced Cable Technician with a strong supervisory background. In this role, you will oversee cable installation operations on nationwide projects, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your proven expertise in cable pulling and on-site supervision will be critical in guiding a team of skilled technicians while ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
As a Cable Technician Supervisor, you will plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of cable installation, maintain accurate work records including safety inspections and risk assessments, and proactively resolve any on-site issues. You will act as the primary liaison between your team, project managers, and clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate significant hands-on experience in cable pulling and site supervision within the electrical infrastructure industry. An essential requirement is a valid SSSTS certification (with company support available for the right candidate), while an EUSR qualification is preferred. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and solid organisational skills, along with a full UK driving license and flexibility to travel nationwide, are essential.
